Stage-Wise Quality Auditing
We maintain strict adherence to ISO 9001:2015 B2B quality management guidelines across our manufacturing lines.
Sri Radhai Industries operates a dedicated metrology room. Every batch is subjected to dimensional checks prior to dispatch. We calibrate all measuring tools periodically to maintain precision compliance.
Precision Metrology Instruments
The Manufacturing Process
A step-by-step roadmap from drawing analysis to finished product delivery.
Drawing & Material Audit
Detailed evaluation of client blueprints, geometric tolerances, material grades, and specifications. Sourcing approved raw materials with test certifications.
Tooling & Programming
Creating tool designs and programming CNC/VMC machineries. Custom tooling dies are fabricated to match specialized bending geometries.
Prototyping & Inspection
Fabricating the first-article sample. The sample undergoes metrology dimension inspection. Production lines are only initiated after client approval.
Precision Production
Initiating automated sheet metal press lines, welding cells, or CNC setups. Quality audits are conducted at intermediate stage intervals.
Finishing & Dispatch
Applying surface treatments (painting/powder coating) followed by final metrology validation. Parts are packaged and dispatched directly to your assembly floor.
Technical FAQ
Frequently asked questions regarding drawing specifications, batch processing, and material audits.
We accept standard 2D and 3D CAD drawing formats. These include .STEP, .STP, .IGS, .DWG, .DXF, and .PDF files. Having 3D models accelerates the programming phase on our CNC turning and VMC machinery.
Yes. We support first-article prototyping and pilot runs to verify dimensions and fit. Once prototypes are approved by the client, we transition to batch production runs for ongoing supply agreements.
Yes. Sourcing traceable raw materials is standard. We provide Material Test Reports (MTR) alongside our internal Dimensional Inspection Reports (DIR) with each dispatched batch upon request.
Lead times vary depending on tooling requirements, component complexity, and quantity. Standard batch shipments typically dispatch within 3 to 4 weeks after design sign-off. We also coordinate with client JIT delivery schedules.
